Reservation Requirements

To confirm your event and reserve your equipment:

  • - A 50% deposit is required.

  • - The balance is due upon completion of installation.

  • - Your signed contract and safety documents must be returned along with your deposit.

Important Notes

All permits are the responsibility of the event site or organizer.

The Evacuation Plan is mandatory and must be visibly posted at every entrance of the tent structure.
